Custom software
with AI and computer vision.
Zenith Softworks is a Brazilian software house based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, that builds custom software for industry, agribusiness and R&D projects: computer vision, IoT and telemetry, predictive models, Python web systems and mobile apps. We work remotely with clients across Brazil, with fixed scope and price for each phase.

What Zenith builds
Six practice areas, one delivery model: a fixed-price proposal for each phase, something working every week, and code that stays with you.
01
Computer vision
Image detection, counting, inspection and reading with YOLO and OpenCV, from the dataset to a model running at the edge, right next to the camera.
- Labeled, documented dataset
- Trained model with validation metrics
- Inference application on the agreed hardware (edge or server)
- Performance report with known limitations
02
IoT and telemetry
LoRa sensors, field data collection and remote equipment control, with the data arriving organized in a dashboard.
- Network architecture and hardware list
- Sensor and control integration
- Backend for data collection and storage
- Dashboard with history and alerts
03
Predictive models
Time series and simulation built on sensor data and operating history, to anticipate consumption, demand or failures.
- Exploratory data analysis
- Model validated on data it never saw in training
- API or routine that delivers the forecast
- Instructions for retraining the model
04
Python web systems and automation
APIs in FastAPI or Django, React web interfaces, Dash or Streamlit dashboards, and routines that take spreadsheets out of the loop.
- Source code in the client's repository
- Documented API (OpenAPI)
- Dashboard or web interface
- Docker deployment
05
R&D project management
Research and development projects run with TRL-based milestones and agile cycles, including projects with SEBRAE and EMBRAPII.
- Work plan with TRL-based milestones
- Agile cycles with verifiable deliverables
- Technical progress reports
06
Mobile development
Native or hybrid Android and iOS apps connected to the same project backend: field data lookup, photo capture for inspection and alerts on the phone.
- Android and iOS app, native or hybrid, depending on the project
- Integration with the project's API and data
- Source code in the client's repository
- Build ready to publish on Google Play and the App Store
[ 02 — Who we serve ]
Who Zenith works with
AIndustry
Visual inspection, part counting and code and label reading on the production line, including in the textile industry; dashboards that bring together machine and system data.
BAgribusiness
Crop telemetry, remote pump control and forecasting from sensor data, the field in which the founder built the Hydra IoT platform.
CR&D and innovation
Companies and institutions running SEBRAE or EMBRAPII projects, or partnerships with research institutions, that need a technical team, TRL-based milestones and delivery reports.

[ 04 — About ]
Who leads Zenith
Zenith Softworks was founded in November 2025 by Lucas Cardoso, who leads the company. A senior software engineer specializing in AI and computer vision, he holds a degree in Automation Engineering from FURG and is pursuing a master's in Computer Engineering at the same university, researching irrigation forecasting with deep learning (N‑BEATS), as well as a graduate certificate in Software Engineering for Applied AI at UNIPDS.
From 2019 to 2025, he was founder and CEO of Green Next, an agtech company that created Hydra, an IoT platform for commercial rice farms. The figures below are from that period.
You always contract with Zenith: proposals, contracts and invoices are issued in the company's name.
- IoT sensors on commercial rice farms
- 50+
- energy savings in irrigation pumping
- ~30%
- people on the team at its peak
- up to 15
- in investment
- BRL 500k
- in R&D with SEBRAE, EMBRAPII and ITEC-FURG
- BRL 719k

[ 06 — FAQ ]
Frequently asked questions
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After a free 30-minute call, you receive a proposal within a week with a fixed price for each phase. We don't bill open-ended hours.
Does Zenith Softworks work with clients outside Santa Catarina?
Yes. The company is based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, and works remotely with clients across Brazil.
Does Zenith Softworks issue invoices?
Yes. Zenith Softworks is the contracting party and issues the invoice, under the legal name LUCAS BRASIL CARDOSO LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registry number) 63.759.247/0001-06.
Who owns the code?
The client. The source code and documentation produced in the project are delivered to the client, along with a handover session for the client's team.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If you prefer, the NDA is signed before you share any data or technical details about the project.
How long does a computer vision project take?
It depends mainly on the data: whether labeled images already exist, how many classes the model needs to recognize and where it will run. The timeline for each phase is set in the proposal, before work starts.
What data do I need to get started?
You don't need everything ready. Real examples of the problem help: images, spreadsheets, sensor readings or records from your current system. If there is no data yet, the first phase can be collecting it.
Do you provide maintenance after delivery?
Yes, under a separate contract with defined scope and price. Since the code and documentation stay with the client, the client's own team can also take over maintenance.
